I'm Fionna Blair — creator of The NvsN System and the person behind Nature vs Nurture. My work invites you to flip the script from "What's wrong with me?" to "What shaped me — and how do I create change?"

I'm a Peer Support Specialist, Educator, Researcher, Speaker, and the creator of The NvsN System — a framework for understanding ourselves, what shapes us, and how we relate to ourselves, each other, and the world around us.
My work is rooted in lived experience. Having navigated childhood adversity, chronic stress, workplace burnout, and fibromyalgia, I understand what it means to lose yourself in survival — and what it takes to reconnect with who you truly are.
Over the past two decades, I have combined lived experience, formal training, research, and peer support to bridge the gap between the lived and the learned. Rather than focusing on what's wrong with people, I focus on what has shaped them and the strengths they already carry within them.
Because healing isn't about becoming someone else. It's about remembering who you are, nurturing your inner nature, and embracing the path of Living Well.
A holistic framework for understanding who we are, how we came to be, and how we can live with greater intention, balance and well-being.
Our being — the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual parts of ourselves at our core.
Identity in motion — where Nature and Nurture meet and where we make sense of who we are becoming.
Our doing — the environments, relationships, experiences, and circumstances that influence us.
Every conversation, resource, and gathering is grounded in these principles.
Curiosity before certainty. Connection before correction. Education before promotion.
You are not a problem to be fixed. My work supports the whole person — mind, body, and soul.
Every person is invited — never pressured — to choose the next best step that reflects where they are today.
Peer support grounded in lived experience, professional training, research, and advocacy.
When we understand the space where Nature and Nurture meet, we understand ourselves. When we can map that space, we can reclaim ourselves.
My credentials come from two equally important sources — formal training and personal path. Both shape how I show up for those I walk alongside.

Whether you're seeking personal support, professional learning, or simply curious about The NvsN System — I'd love to hear from you. Choose the path that calls to you.
